We need a miracle
Hey Everyone,
So we just met with the doctors and medically there is nothing more they can do for him. He is too sick for a transplant and unless God sends a miracle we only have a few days left with him.
Oh Grace, we continue to pray!!! May you feel God's loving presence surrounding you! You are very much in our thoughts and prayers. Much love, Rich and Cynthia VanderLaan and family.

As I opened this post, the song Great is THY Faithfulness is playing in my house. Great indeed, is God's faithfulness to us His children. How much He cares for us!! Gary is a child of Him, who sits on the throne, and you are both in the care of our Almighty Father. We pray that God may indeed grant a miracle for Gary's health to return, we pray the Lord's will may be done. As you rejoice over the birth of a new nephew today you are also preparing for the possibility that the Lord will take Gary home to himself. may our heavenly Father grant you all you are in need of. If it is His will, may Gary recover enough for surgery.

We are praying for you both Gary and Grace. What a comfort to know that our heavenly Father loves us more than we can fathom and he is certainly capable of granting a miracle. And so we continue to pray that the Lord will spare Gary for this life that he may continue to be a powerful witness to many of Christ's love. Mr. Drost, thank you for everything you did for us as our drama director. It was one of the best parts of highschool and you were a huge part of that. Praying for that miracle. Not only for your sake but for your fiancee, family, and friends. You have so much to live for and I really hope and pray that you get the chance to have your wedding and a family of your own. If God takes you we know you'll be okay up there but I can't imagine what you all are going through these next few days. Praying for that miracle. Not only for your sake but for your fiancee, family, and friends. You have so much to live for and I really hope and pray that you get the chance to have your wedding and a family of your own. If God takes you we know you'll be okay up there but I can't imagine what you all are going through these next few days. Whatever happens, I pray that you will all find peace from God and the strength to go on.
